Stranger Things is one of the most talked-about Netflix shows today, and if you’re watching this video—chances are—you’ve already seen season 4 too. In this video, we’ll list five easter eggs, tiny details, and other things you may have missed in the latest season of Stranger Things.

Before we start, major spoilers alert for the list ahead.

1. The Hellfire Club

As expected of the geeks and nerds in the club, the name of their group is a reference. The Hellfire Club is actually a reference to the group of the same name from the X-Men comics whose goal was to take Jean Grey and use her powers.

A reference was also made in the first episode of the series where Will wins an X-Men Issue #143 from Dustin after a bike race, the same issue that includes the Hellfire Club.

2. Hints of Will’s Sexuality

Aside from all the ships sailing on social media and the speculations that Will might be gay and he might actually have feelings for Mike, there are actually details in the show that we can spot that are possibly implying things about Will’s sexuality.

One notable detail, aside from his weird acting around Mike, is the topic for their class project that he chose. Alan Turing was a notable person who was a code-breaker during World War II, but he was also widely speculated to be gay.

3. Fast Times at Ridgemont High

During the argument between Steve and Robin in the car, he makes a reference to Fast Times at Ridgemont High, noting how Vicki returned the copy paused at 53 minutes and five seconds.

This timestamp is the scene where Linda removes her bikini during a dream sequence, hence their talk about Linda liking girls.

4. The Kobe Tribute

Caleb McLaughlin, the actor who plays Lucas, is a big Kobe fan, so he chose the number for his Hawkins High jersey to tribute to the late Lakers Legend.

Before he was famous as number 24, Kobe actually won 3 championships wearing the number 8 jersey.

5. E.T. Reference

It may not be as big of a deal as other easter eggs, but the “E.T. Phone Home” vandal on the phone booth Dustin uses at school is actually a nod to the 1982 hit.

Since E.T. came out in 1982 and season, 4 is set in 1986, it’s definitely influenced the group in one way or another as it did the series.
