Specifically for ski enthusiasts, Vail is the town to visit if you’re visiting Colorado to ski. Tourists from all over the world flock to vail, including celebrities and winter sports professionals just to ski.

  1. Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs is one of the more unique places to visit in Denver. It isn’t as mountain as you would expect a place in Colorado to be, but it definitely makes up in the hiking department.

Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods Park, Red Rock Canyon, and Cheyenne Mountain State Park are all great places for hiking.

  1. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve
